Madonna - Who's That Girl - Picture Disc - 12" VINYL - Damaged

Please read the description carefully :

Unfortunately, moisture has got into the sleeve at some point and there is a sticky blotchy effect on both sides of the record.

I do not want to attempt to try and clean this myself, as I would probably do more damage to the disc.

I don't know if there is a special technique or method for removing this from records, or if it is beyond repair.

On that basis, I am describing this item as being in DAMAGED condition.
