Madonna very rare 7" from Italy #2

Recently I bought a big stock of  7"records from a private sale.I'm trying to prepare a list

of all material, containing promo, demo, and other strange curiosities on vinyl.

This is an incredible rare record of Madonna, REM appears on the B side..

I tried to look for this record in internet, and it appears in various fan-sites, so it seems to be really rare.

The record is regularly edited from WEA, as shown in the picture of the label.

It comes in a special S.P.E.R. promo sleeve (an obscured society of the 90's-probably only 200 made!) , that I give free to the buyer of the 7" vinyl record. Absolutely excellent conditions.
