Description
You are looking at an Extremely RARE 10" 1932 acetate recording of "River Man" by Mae West.
These Acetate demo's/test pressing's were either made for promotional purposes or they were used for playback during filming of a musical number in a movie this one was a promotional Radio Demo.
Condition;
.
.
It is in very good condition considering it was not made to last and they were supposed to be destroyed after use.
It play's well but be sure to consider it's age and the fact that it's an acetate which were only demo's or test pressing's and not meant to last and not handled with care either.
On the back are 2 commercial's that were purposely scratched to make them un-playable after usage.
It measure's at 10.".
The acetate is from my personal collection, I've owned it for over 30 year's and in that time I've had it wrapped in plastic in a smoke free environment and kept away from the element's.
