Description

An original 1st press of Manassas on UK Atlantic. Note there's no text in the upper half of label or a Warners logo ..these are the very 1st pressings. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. There's also the original inner sleeves. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. Super smart!
Vinyl (Ex+/Vg+) Very well preserved and has only seen slight use. Under close inspection there are a couple of slightest marks per side..one light mark in ANYWAY does sound [see detail]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one deviation. Lovey quiet intros and inbetweens and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A great player throughout. I'm struggling to pick out anything detrimental really. Just that one mark in ANYWAY -- it's giving out 9-10 ticks and then a couple of clicks later in the track. This is the only subpar moment across four sides. Clean signal and excellent reproduction. Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex) In great condition with very well preserved surfaces. Firm openings with minimal wear. One slightest discolouration mark at foot of the spine - given the aesthetic...barely noticeable. Text on the spine is fully legible with minimal wear.  Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex)  No ageing. two 1 inch bottom edge splits - tape repaired internally.
