Mandy Morton and Spriguns ‘Magic Lady’ 1978 RARE LP in BLUE VINYL.
This is a true collectors’ item in extremely rare BLUE VINYL pressing.
A UK private pressing on Banshee Records (ban1011) in 1978 and it is rumoured that only 20 of these were ever pressed in BLUE …….extremely sought after by collectors across the globe.
Considered a landmark, one of the best examples of British ‘acid folk’. Guest appearances from Graeme Taylor (Albion Band) and Tim Hart (Steeleye Span).
In unusually good condition for an item of it’s age.
Vinyl: In stunning condition, plays perfectly. Some surface noise on first few tracks. No scratches, no spider marks on label.
Insert: Unfortunately the original is missing but a facsimile will be supplied.
Sleeve: In excellent condition (kept in plastic cover since new), slight ring mark on back cover – see photo. Very slight unavoidable creasing to spine.
Plastic Cover: Not part of the original packaging but supplied to protect the record from dust etc.
Similar records have sold in excess of £300, therefore bidding starts at £175.
This item will of course be very well packaged and sent by insured post, due to its value. Overseas buyers welcome!
