Mandy Morton & Spriguns 'Magic Lady'
Acid Folk L.P. in BLUE vinyl
This really is one for collectors.A U.K private pressing on Banshee Records in 1978 .
Ban 1011 ,mastered at Abbey Road Studios.Rumoured only twenty or so printed on Blue Vinyl.
With guest appearances from Tim Hart (Steeleye Span) and Graeme Taylor (Albion Band).
A landmark album of this genre,with a great selection of songs and carefully tailored arrangements.
The album sleeve is in absolutely Mint Condition ,no more than a few slight crease marks on the spine(see photo).This record has been kept in a plastic cover ,upright in a large collection since new and consequently has no sign of wear.No ring wear and no tears .
The blue vinyl disc looks beautiful ( just look at the picture! ).Shiny as new and all tracks play well.No spider marks ,No Scratches,sticking or skips.One slight visible scuff (not audible) on track 5 side one.A few pressing crackles mostly on side one and some surface noise on a few tracks on side one ,but below the music level.Exceptionally well kept.Overall the stereo image is well defined and the snare drum sound is amazing! Just listen to the title track .
The photo /lyric insert ,so often missing is intact and with only a couple of small dents to the corners is in excellent condition as is the original inner sleeve.
Records of this rarity and in such good condition only come along once in a blue moon .Truly a collectors dream.Bid with confidence.
