All of the Death Waltz versions of this soundtrack are only available to purchase outside the USA because Mondo has the license for USA distribution.  I had to pay a hefty price to get this into the USA through Canada, but I decided I'll just stick with my Mondo edition, as it's the same music, just different artwork (though I will say this Death Waltz version blows away the Mondo version in quality of artwork).


Notes: 180 gram vinyl Silver Steel with Blood Splatter vinyl edition, limited to 350 copies. Housed in a gatefold casebound (tip on) sleeve with mirror effect silver UV anti scratch lamination & 12 x 12 print of the cover art.  A mistake in manufacture means that the cover sticker incorrectly states that this is "black vinyl with blood splatter", when it is actually silver with splatter.
