Format :7" Green Vinyl single ( I cannot find another green one anywhere, perhaps it was a promotional item?)
Vinyl Condition :Near Mint, the label is plain white but close up you you see a very faint outline of the label.
Sleeve condition :The Original plain sleeve has light wear.
