Description
Okay, this may look a little strange to you collectors! That's because it is the only copy in the world. The Some Bizzare compilation album called "If You Can't Please Your self........You Can't Please Your soul" from 1985. This is the ultra rare American promo copy which differs from the eventual release. All the tracks are the same except there is no Psychic TV track on the album. The track by Marc Almond is called "This House is Haunted by the Echo of Your Last Goodbye" and not "Love Amongst the Ruined". Before each track there is an introduction by Stevo the head of Some Bizzare Records. The cover is a one off original artwork which was done prior to the eventual cover painting. The painting has been glued to the original white cover. This is the only such copy. The painting is on thick watercolour card and has been varnished. The record itself has been played just once, so it is in perfect shape. The back cover is a hand written explanation of the cover image by myself the artist Val Denham. The bands featured on this record are.............Scraping Foetus Off the Wheel, Cabaret Voltaire, Test Department, Marc Almond, The The, Coil, Yellow, Virginia Astley and Einsturzende Neubauten. There is a tiny section of wear to the top of the cover. . Other than that it's rather super. The 12 inch album is protected by a Mylar cover.
