Description
This is a sought-after 78rpm record. It was recorded by George W. Johnson in 1907 and is the first record ever recorded by a black person.
Marconi Velvet Tone records have their own unique but brief history as they were the first flexible thin record(which could only be played with a special needle). in addition to some other unpopular characteristics, these records were made for only one year (1907).
I cannot play it to see it's condition but it does not look at all scratched. The labels on both sides are in excellent condition.
