Every order is packed securely using proper mailers, bubble wrap, and clearly labelled Fragile to help ensure safe delivery.

All domestic orders within Australia are shipped with Sendle or Australia Post, whichever is best price. Both services use tracking. International shipping will use Australia Post from country of origin (Australia)

Condition & Quality:
All records are factory sealed and brand new unless stated otherwise. Please keep in mind that sealed vinyl records may sometimes show small cosmetic imperfections such as a light corner bend, a minor crease, or marks on the shrink wrap.

If anything like this is visible from the outside of the seal, I’ll always let you know before shipping. These minor imperfections are common from the manufacturing and shipping process and don’t affect the record or artwork underneath.

Sometimes the outer sleeve might have a small split or light mark on the edges, and the inner sleeves that hold the record may have tiny splits caused by the vinyl moving inside during transit. This is common and doesn’t affect playback or collectability.

Returns/Refunds:
As a collector myself, I inspect every record before sending it to make sure it meets good quality standards. All sales are final once shipped

• Returns/Refunds are not accepted for minor cosmetic flaws that don’t affect the item itself as mentioned above
  
  

• If the wrong record is sent or there’s significant damage beneath the seal, I’ll make it right for the buyer

• Once an item has been shipped, refunds or returns are not accepted. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of purchase before it is sent. In some cases, you may be contacted if your order requires additional time to be dispatched. If this is the case, the 48 hour window will be revised.

• Please note that the 48-hour cancellation window does not apply to presale items. For those orders, shipping dates vary depending on when stock becomes available. I’ll reach out with updates regarding the ETA and any relevant details about the release.
