Description
Marion Brown (with Beaver Harris, Stanley Cowell, Dave Burrell, Grachan Moncur, Sirone, Bobby Kapp, etc.) THREE FOR SHEPP Impulse 9139, recorded 1966. Stereo gatefold original. Orange-and-black first label. Disc plas EX-/VG++ with a few stray pops on side B. Jacket is exquisitely strong and crisp. Also includes original catalog inner sleeve.
Here’s the sixteenth of about 30 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well. Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence. Combined shipping available within reason.
