Mark ALMOND. Superb Hand SIGNED 7" Single Sided Acetate of 'The Boy Who Came Back.'

On offer is a RARE pre-release 7" acetate promotional single of Mark Almond's first solo single, 'The Boy Who Came Back.' It is hand SIGNED on the label 'Best Wishes To Mike Mark Almond.' (Mike was a BBC record show producer.) The acetate has a label from 'The Town House', the famous recording studio in Goldhawk Road, London, where the record was recorded. It was one of 9 songs on Almond's debut solo album 'Vermin In Ermine.' The acetate is in FINE condition and in a plain black sleeve.

Acetates have traditionally been issued as promotional tools to radio stations, DJs, etc., as was the case with this item. They are generally single sided, thicker than normal discs and not very durable.

This item was purchased at a sale at a major London auction house and is guaranteed genuine.
