Up for sale is an extremely rare private-press modern soul/boogie 12” from Mark Mitchell, released in 1986 on Pato Records (Lansing, Michigan). This release is beloved by collectors for its DIY production, heartfelt vocals, and that unmistakable mid-80s independent soul sound.
