If the tracking doesn't provide you with an estimated delivery date or seems to be stuck in transit, let us know. We can submit a missing mail request to the carrier, which 99.9% of the time,  gets packages back on track. If it doesn't, or your item has been lost, we will either provide you with an expedited replacement item or issue you a full refund. 

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED: If, in the rare occurrence, you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will either promptly provide you with a replacement or issue you a full refund. Please do not throw away the item or the item's packaging. Contact us by opening a request from your purchase history screen and sending us a photo of the damage. We may ask you to hold on the item and it's packaging for a few days so the carrier can inspect it or we may ask you to return it to us, in which case we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
