Marv drew inspiration from another pretty marvelous R&B star, Louis Jordan, adding a gospel flavor and scoring some big R&B hits in the late '50s and early '60s. With the two complete LPs and the four bonus tracks here, you get Marv's United Artists hits, including You Got What It Takes; Come to Me and I'm Coming Home.
