Description
Release: Earache, 1991, MOSH27 which comes with the original 7" bonus single, "Provoked Accurser" (7MOSH27). In the run out, both sides have cat number and "MPO" and side 1 has "TRANSFERMATION"
Background: I bought this from brand new when it came out in 1991. Legendary death metal release with Kam Lee and 3/4 of the famous Death line-up of 1988-1990.

Condition notes:
Outer sleeve: LP - Apart from some minor corner bashes and very slight edge creases, it is still glossy flat and excellent condition. 7" - Has been kept inside the LP sleeve, but still has a couple of corner scrapes, but nothing serious and is also excellent.
Inner sleeve: LP only - Record is stored in a plain white, generic dust sleeve. Insert is single, glossy sheet, grey and black photo/credits one side, lyrics the other. No tears, no major creases, still flat and glossy.
Discs: LP - Although played quite a few times in its day, there are nothing but minor surface marks if anything. No scratches. Labels are flat, true, no discernible spindle marks, no spidering. 7" - Only side one is cut, minor surface marks if anything, but no scratches. Label is perfect. Side two may have more noticeable marks on it because it is blank (no music cut on it). It has a picture label which is perfect.
All in all, there aren't many of these around - some you may find without the 7", but this is a complete set and a great example!
