Wilburn Loy Burchette (b. June 15, 1939) is an American occultist and musician, the deviser of what he called Impro, based on the conception that "certain frequencies control certain moods," enabling their control through music via a system of emotional tones. He reputedly abandoned music in the late 1970s, burning and discarding all of his work and research, and thereafter began publishing a prophetic newsletter as Will Loy.
