Description

This is the original deep groove pressing of Matthew Gee “Jazz by Gee” on the white reel-logo labels of Riverside RLP 12-221.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; however, a tiny mark near the beginning of the second track on Side 1 produces five tics.  The coated reverse-frame cover is in excellent condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout – with unworn seams; slight wear at the spine corners.  Original glassine inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Kenny Dorham, Ernie Henry, Frank Foster, Cecil Payne, Wilbur Ware, and Art Taylor.   $100.00.
