Description
This is part of a smaller auction of all higher end records of mixed genres with starting bids of just $5. There's some really cool stuff here just doesn't often come up for auction including free jazz, small press indie, 90's alternative and more.
Artist: Max Roach
Album: Percussion Bitter Sweet
Description: First stereo pressing with the orange labels. An absolute classic post-bop record. It features Eric Dolphy, Mal Waldron, Booker Little and Cliff Jordan among others. Has a more avant garde sound, but is still very accessible.
Vinyl Condition: Strong VG/VG+, super-clean, very shiny. Had a few scattered marks, all are very thin, nothing that affects play at all. Sounds great and plays very well. Labels are super clean as well with just a bit of very light spindle wear. No writing or stickers.
Sleeve Condition: VG+, presents well overall. Very nice original gloss, spine looks great, gatefold interior looks nice. It does have a few issues including some wear on the bottom edge and near the bottom of the spine as well as a little spot on the back. See pics for details. I'd call this right on the lower end of VG+, it just presents too well for VG.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
Check out my other listings, other than these auctions I've got several music lots up for sale. Everything from metal to electronica to obscure rap - vinyl and CDs. Please mark me as a favorite seller if you like what you see. I have bunch of stuff to get rid of. Good luck and happy bidding!!
