Description
DESCRIPTION: This is an original Italian pressing of Maxophone's first self-titled album from 1975 on the Produttori Associati label.
The vinyl looks near-mint under normal lighting. Under a bright LED light, I can see just a few faint, superficial sleeve-removal hairlines on side 2, but these do nothing. The vinyl itself plays loud and clear - no pops, tics or skips. There are some quiet parts in in the music where, naturally, light surface noise can be heard, but this isn't loud and never overpowers the music. Super dynamic sound!
The gatefold cover is one of the nicest that I have ever seen for this particular record. If I am being hyper-critical, there is a teeny tiny spot of wear at the bottom of the spine and a tiny bumped corner on the top-right of the front panel, but no other signs of wear or tear.
I can't say for certain whether or not the poly-lined inner sleeve that comes with this is the original inner sleeve; however, it certainly looks like a vintage sleeve and carries a patent number. The inner sleeve is in excellent condition with all seams intact.
SHIPPING: These are the last few records that I will be listing here on eBay until the new year, so I am offering free (yes, free!) worldwide shipping on these.
GRADING: Unless a record is sealed, I play-grade everything on a high-end turntable. My grading is strict, so even if you are buying a 'VG+' record from me, the chances are that you are actually buying a very nice keeper copy. Nevertheless, grading is quite subjective; so, if you feel that I haven't graded something properly, please contact me immediately. As a collector of vinyl myself, I know how important customer satisfaction is and I will do everything I can to resolve any issues.
PACKAGING: I do not charge for packaging costs. All records are packed well in sturdy record mailers with additional cardboard for protection. To prevent any seam splits during transit, I always ensure that records are packed outside of their covers.
