Vertigo Big Swirl 6360 007. Matrix numbers: 6360007 1Y//1 1 1 1 and 6360007 2Y//1 1 2 1
Vinyl: Visual it has some hairlines and marks. Most of the record plays absolutely great, but it has some soft "swush sounds" in 4 very quiet parts on the record.
