Description
May Blitz S/T LP. This is the original UK Vertigo Swirl from 1970. Comes with its original Vertigo Swirl inner sleeve. Fantastic cover art. One of the rarer titles on the very collectable Vertigo Swirl label.
Vinyl Description:
Vinyl is in nice condition. Has some hairline marks and light scuffs. Has some surface noise, intermittent throughout the album specifically inbetween tracks - nothing dramatic. Labels have a light staining around the centre holes and also show quite a few spindle marks. Has been autographed by a previous owner (see pic 4) on one side. NO other marks or scratches.
Sleeve Description:
Gatefold sleeve is very strong and sturdy. Has some wear along edges. Corners show some scuffing but not dramatic. Spine is square, print is still intact, however it is showing its age with wear although there is no cracking or splitting. Front cover has small yellow paint fleck near right edge (see pic 6). I'm sure this can be removed with some caring hands. There is also some light staining from age towards the bottom of the cover. THe rear cover has some very light ring wear beginning to show. Inside gatefold has been autographed once agin by a previous owner in the top right corner (see pic 2). There is also some sort of small pinkish blemish on the inside of the front cover (again see pic 2). NO splits, rips or writing. Vertigo Swirl inner sleeve is still nice and flat but has browning from age. Has the correct issue date. NO writing, rips or stains.
Overall the above mentioned takes nothing away from this great copy of a very sought after Vertigo Swirl rarity. Not a perfect copy but not horrible either. Probably best as a second 'playing' copy for the serious collector, or perhaps a good place to start for someone interested in some great UK 70's heavy prog rock!

All records will be sent in a sturdy cardboard mailer with stiffener. The vinyl will be seperate from its sleeve to avoid damage in transit and both housed together in a plastic sleeve. Larger or multiple records will be sent in more sturdier/appropriate packaging.
All vinyl to any destinations will be sent recorded/signed for ONLY. That way myself and importantly you, the buyer are covered for any loss or damage.
