Description
# McCoy Tyner Trio - Inception Vinyl LP (Speakers Corner / Impulse! AS-18) - 180g Audiophile Pressing - FACTORY SEALED
Up for sale/auction is a pristine, brand-new copy of McCoy Tyner’s historic 1962 debut masterpiece as a leader, **"Inception"**. This is the highly acclaimed, long out-of-print audiophile reissue produced by the prestigious German label **Speakers Corner Records** in cooperation with Impulse!.
Recorded at Rudy Van Gelder's studio, this legendary session features an incredible, tight-knit trio with Art Davis on bass and fellow John Coltrane Quartet member Elvin Jones on drums.
### WHY THIS EDITION IS SO HIGHLY VALUED:
Unlike modern digital-to-vinyl pressings, Speakers Corner releases are legendary for being **100% Pure Analogue**. This LP was mastered directly from the original master tapes with zero digital steps in the signal chain. It was pressed on heavy 180-gram virgin vinyl at the world-renowned **Pallas plant in Germany**, guaranteeing beautifully warm dynamics and dead-quiet surfaces.
