ATTENTION ISLAND LABEL AND 1970s PROGRESSIVE ROCK ALBUM COLLECTORS!
HERE IS AN ORIGINAL 1970 REPRESSING 2ND PRESSING OF THE 1970 SELF-TITLED ALBUM BY McDONALD AND GILES. THIS IS A 1970 REPRESSING WITH THICK PRESSED VINYL USING THE ISLAND PINK RIM/PALM TREE DESIGN.
ILPS 9126 WITH A-2U/B-2U MATRIXES AND THE USUALLY MISSING PHOTOS INNER SLEEVE AND A GATEFOLD COVER.
THE DISC IS SERIOUSLY AND STRICTLY GRADED AS EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH GLEAMING SURFACES AND JUST A COUPLE OF VERY FAINT AND WISPY SURFACE MARKS.THERE IS A LITTLE FAINT SURFACE NOISE AT THE START OF EACH SIDE AND A SHORT LIVED CLICK(APPROX 40 SECONDS) NEAR THE START OF SIDE 2. GETTING HARD TO FIND IN 2018 AS GOOD AS THIS FINE EXAMPLE! THERE IS HARDLY ANY SPINDLE WEAR AND NO LABEL WRITING,STAINING,RIPS OR MAJOR DEFACEMENT.THE GATEFOLD COVER PRINTED BY E.J.DAY HAS SOME TINY EDGE CREASES AND A LITTLE SURFACE STAINING BUT NO WRITING,RIPS OR REPAIRS. PLEASE SEE ALL THE PHOTOS SHOWING THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE COVER AND BOTH LABELS! NOTHING TO HIDE! A REALISTIC £12 STARTING PRICE WITH MORE 1970s LPs FROM ME ON EBAY THIS WEEK AND TO FOLLOW.
