                            Released in 1970 on the  "PINK ISLAND"  LABEL  stereo  ILPS 9126

                                                 Condition :-  EXCELLENT / NEAR MINT

                    I bought this Album in 1970 the week it was released.  It was a special order from my
                    local record shop so it was never put out on display for the public to handle.  It was
                    always played on a high quality record deck for that era (Thorens 125 turntable, SME
                    arm with Shure V15 cartridge.)  It was always cleaned with a high quality record cleaner
                    and stored in a plastic outer sleeve for protection.  I am not a record dealer, I am just
                    selling off my own private Album collection.

                                                                  THE  COVER

                   The COVER is in NEAR MINT condition.  It is STUNNING!  The GATEFOLD is in a
                   SATIN SHEEN finish, it is completely CLEAN without any marks to be seen anywhere.
                   The FRONT COVER looks like NEW and the BACK COVER looks like NEW.  Inside
                   the GATEFOLD it is absolutely spotless, again just like NEW.  All the CORNERS are
                   FIRM and TRUE with no scuff marks whatsoever.  The SPINE is SQUARE and SHARP
                   and VERY CLEAN with VERY SHARP writing.  The SLEEVE OPENING is STRAIGHT
                   SHARP with no wear at all.  I could have classed this Album as MINT but I am holding
                   back.  For an Album of 38 years old it is in a TRULY REMARKABLE condition.

                                                                   THE  VINYL

                   The VINYL is in an EXCELLENT / NEAR MINT condition.  It is SUPER CLEAN with
                   no scratches, no hairlines or finger marks.  The VINYL is in a VERY HIGH GLOSS,
                   MIRROR finish.  The LABELS are as NEW on the  "PINK"  LABEL with "i"  LOGO.
                   There are no SPINDLE marks.  The SOUND QUALITY is SUPERB, it is BRIGHT
                   and CRISP with lots of DETAIL.  I TEST PLAYED the ALBUM on my REGA PLANAR 3
                   turntable with ORTOFON cartridge.  This was the 1st time this Album has been played
                   in 36 years which is only the 4th time it has ever been played.  The Album does have the
                   usual light pop and crackle just here and there, especially in the quiet passages.  There
                   is only 1 light click about half way on side 2. Other than these really minor defects which
                   were actually there when I bought it from new, the Album still played BEAUTIFULLY
                   from beginning to end.  This is getting to be a very rare Album specially in such an
                   AMAZING condition.
