As featured on Disco Strut. Rare 1984 12" on Jersey Connection executive-produced by the Isley Brothers! 9:10 in duration, this mellow modern soul/boogie instrumental (with a helping of sultry, cooing female background vocals) combines some of Marvin Gaye's classic tunes in a very soulful and understated way - nice horns, great synths also. The B-side is a duet by Sylvia Robinson & Kevin Keyes, a remake of Gaye's "Distant Lover," a great ballad clocking in at 7:50. This features Kevin Keyes' soaring vocals and Sylvia (Robinson's) trademark dialogue. This original piece of vinyl is in Near Mint condition. For a sound clip, click "ask seller a question."
