All records will be shipped in custom mailers, safe and secure. If there is any damage or if for any reason you are unhappy with the item purchased a refund may be given based on circumstance. Registered mail with tracking is preferred, if declined, buyer assumes all responsibility for lost items. Buyer pays all shipping costs.
