Description

Authentic first US Stereo Pressing from 1964. Based on run outs, I believe this is the Scranton pressing plant version. Side 1 vinyl is VG-. Marks and scratches but plays better than it looks. Surface noise in between tracks and in quiet passages, especially on first three songs, then quiets down. Surface noise never overpowers the music. No skips or distortion! Side 2 vinyl is solid VG. Some marks and light scratches, but plays much quieter. This LP is an enjoyable listen overall. Sleeve is VG. Some typical edge and corner wear, a bit of splitting on bottom edge. Spine in OK shape with some wear spots. No other splits, writing or cuts! Ships in Capitol Records factory sleeve. Solid player of this true first STEREO pressing that displays well at a great price!

Recorded in England. High Fidelity Recording. Original covers, like this one, have "Beatles" in a brown print, later pressings have "Beatles" in an olive green.

This version has publishing credits as BMI for "I Want to Hold Your Hand", "I Saw Her Standing There", "I Wanna Be Your Man" and credits ASCAP for all other songs.
