Condition: This 7" single comes in a plain  sleeve & i would grade the vinyl as EX- (Slight mark on side 2).

Research: 

This was a VERY special edition E.P. playing at 33 1/3 known as a "Compact Jukebox E.P.".
It was the first of three such E.P.'s that Capitol produced.
I also believe that the rainbow design around the label (shown above), can only be found on a first issue edition.

All three Beatles' compact 33 series were manufactured by Capitol's Scranton factory.
The black label has an outer rim colorband and Capitol logo at the bottom.
The first Beatles compact 33 disk was issued for "MEET THE BEATLES!"
Stereo Only, has six tracks from the LP.
