MEGADETH
KILLING IS MY BUSINESS...AND BUSINESS IS GOOD.
After being dumped by Metallica, Dave Mustaine started his own band and this is the record that started it all. Considered as the one of the Big4 of Thrash Metal and definitely on a par with Kill em All or Fistful of Metal and Show no Mercy. The final song Mechanix uses the same riff from the Metallica track the Four Horseman which Mustaine wrote. Also this record features a cover of the Nancy Sinatra song These Boots are Made for Walking, in which Mustaine altered the lyrics slightly, a few years later the original songwriter said these changes were "vile" and under threat of legal action asked the song to be removed from the album, so any pressings after 1995 did not include the songs. On the 2002 re issue the song was back on with a modified version.
