Top of sleeve has some shelf wear and a small seem split. Otherwise Sleeve is in very nice condition. Inner sleeve also very nice. Record shows minimal wear no scratches or marks. Very nice piece overall! Ship record in mofi sleeve and everything in resealable outter sleeve. Conservatively graded. I ship media mail in a record mailer etc. Shipping includes tracking AND insurance if applicble. I ship NEXT day if possible!
