Description
Set of four extremely rare, one of a kind Mel Tillis acetate 10" reference discs featuring the songs "Steppin' Out", "Your Body Is An Outlaw", and "Rain On My Parade" from 1980, "Fooled Around And Fell In Love" from 1979 and "White Christmas" from 1981. The songs were officially issued on various albums by Elektra Records. The acetates feature typed or hand-written information on the labels. All of the discs are single sided with the exception of the one that features "Your Body" on one side and "Rain On My Parade" on the other side.
The acetates were likely prepared for the producer or artist to review for approval. The discs are housed in generic paper sleeves.
The acetates are in good condition with several marks but most appear to be outside the playing area. I have not listened to the acetates so I can't confirm that they play perfectly or how the songs may or may not be different from the officially released versions. The generic sleeves are in good or fair condition with some tears and stains.
