From 1992 up to 1997 I was an obsessive Melvins fan. I still love their music and buy their albums and listen to them regulary but not like those days. For my high school years they were my Backstreet Boys. Posters on the walls, records on the turntable, constantly digging through record bins from Vancouver to Seattle looking for every release, regradless of how rare. Driving to see them anytime they played anywhere between Vancouver and Seattle (even saw them play once at the Velvet Elvis in Seattle with Krist Novaselic on bass!). As you can guess most of there are first pressings (during the 90's I doubt most of these were ever pressed more then once, except for maybe Lysol since the label got that cease and desist and had to change the covers, still bummed I didn't get a chance to snag a copy before the offending, trademark infringing word was removed. Did get it on CD, however not the same thing as vinyl ((don't ask, already sold it a couple months ago)). Anyway, once these records were removed from the shrinkwrap they were saved in protective sleeves at room tempature in an upright position. In fact about 15 years ago I started travelling a lot so my record collection went into storage, where these have been hiding until I pulled them out today to list them. All the records are in great shape. I obviously played them but always replaced my needles on the regular and always returned the records to their sleeves right away. There may be some minor cosmetic wear to the covers like small corner dings but otherwise they look great!
