The Melvins' 6th proper album, originally titled Lysol but changed after a lawsuit, finds the band incorporating ambient feedback with thundering percussion and violence. Front cover has a piece of black tape over the word "Lysol", which the label had to do to the remaining original copies before they could repress the sleeves minus the word entirely - there aren't many of these out there.

The songs on both sides of the record run together as one long track. Here are their names: Hung Bunny, Roman Dog Bird, Sacrifice (Flipper), Second Coming (Alice Cooper), The Ballad of Dwight Fry (Alice Cooper) and With Teeth.
