Description

Up for bid is a rare 7" by the Melvins. This single contains "Oven Revulsion" and "We Reach." Side A plays at 45 RPM and side B plays at 33 1/3 RPM. This is a limited edition press on pink vinyl, numbered 423 of 1000. The included paper doll inserts have a separate limited number (78/200).  Includes a paper "Leopard Gecko Geek Club" insert, a "Carnival of Souls" Aroma Records insert, and a cut out clothes paper insert for the paper dolls. This was released by Leopard Gecko (LG004) in 1989. 7" is VG++ (nearly NM), with a couple of tiny faint scuffs. 7" is extremely clean and retains a nice gloss. Interior labels are extremely clean with no spindle wear. 7" plays with light surface noise (crackle and tics). Etched matrix info on side A reads LG-004-A (at the 12 o'clock position), "Fist Full of Melvins" and L 33655 (at the 6 o'clock position). Etched matrix info on side B reads LG-004-B (at the 12 o'clock position), "Axis Bold as Melvin" (at the 6 o'clock position)and L 33655x (at the 4 o'clock position). Foldout thick paper stock sleeve is a solid VG+, with no tears. There is light ring wear on the front and back. There is light creasing along the top of the front and along the bottom of the back of the sleeve (see pictures).  Don't miss your chance to pick up this very rare gem, in beautiful condition!
