This is one of about 40 total lots in my current auction.  Please allow approximately 24 to 48 hours to accurately prepare and email invoices.  International invoices may take a little longer to ensure all required shipping documents are in order and shipping is accurately calculated.  Multiple item combined shipping is accommodated.  

There is an at cost charge for a NEW packing box.  Shipping is at cost.  No packing or handling fee.  I ship via USPS Media Mail within the USA, and I will offer shipping options for International winners.  Insurance is recommended.  Not responsible for uninsured parcels.  Due to my work schedule I am able to ship only on Fridays off (alternate) and Saturdays.

As previous customers know - which I repeat here for the benefit of potential new customers - I have collected, played, sold and packed Classical 78's for over 30 years.  I know how to properly pack these fragile 78's to ensure their safe arrival.  I play all 78's as a part of the grading process.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Willem Mengelberg conducts the Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam in the Dvorak Symphony #9 on five 12" 78rpm Swiss Telefunken discs numbered SK-3190/4, with original album, recorded in 1940.     

Visually and aurally these discs grade Excellent with absolutely no audible groove wear whatsoever.  There are a few lite surface rubs on sides one and two, and a couple dozen tix caused by tiny surface blemishes on side two.  Side 10 has just a bit more surface noise than the previous 9 sides.  The original album is in about Excellent condition with clear tape nicely applied over the spine label to preserve it.
