You would be surprised what scammers try to get away with.
I have been asked why I have this policy. I have had 2 instances where supposedly "Good" Funds (Credit Card and Certified Check) have turned out to be fraudulent.
In both cashes I did not find out until after I had shipped the item. Thus I lost the payment, the item and had to pay returned payment fees to my bank !
Since I have instituted this policy I have prevented 3 scammers from succeeding after their fraudulent payments failed to clear my bank.
If you do not agree with my policy or think that it may present a problem for you, please do not bid.
PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR QUESTIONS YOU FAIL TO ASK.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH MY STATED CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT BID
YOUR BID is a contract. Once you bid, you are obligated to tender payment if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction. Your bid means that you accept the terms and conditions as stated above.
