Description

Most of these were bought between 1980 and 2005 either in used record stores, garage sales, thrift stores, or from other collectors. These are not from a non smoking home, and are not from a pet free home either.
This is my personal collection and am selling them now in retirement. These have not been play tested in over ten years, and will need to be cleaned more than likely. They should play as they appear, but they have not been play tested. All LP auctions are sold “as is” with no refunds, unless I am obviously grossly negligent in my description of an item. If you feel this is the case, please write me first so we can settle before opening a case with eBay. I will leave positive feedback within 24 hours of payment, and would be happy if you could leave me positive feedback within 24 hours as well. If you are hesitant to leave positive feedback, please write me first before doing so.
We ship within 2 business days of receiving payment, Monday through Friday only. We ship Media Mail, and will provide you with tracking within 24 hours of item being shipped. They are either sent in LP mailer boxes from Bags Unlimited, or for the larger auctions, a large heavy duty box, every purchase will be wrapped in bubble wrap, and albums will be sleeved in Lp sleeves, and I take great care in packing for shipping. I am well aware of what’s rare and valuable among these auctions, therefore rare albums in pristine condition will have the Lp taken out of the jacket to avoid seam splitting during shipping.
Please check our feedback to ensure you can trust bidding with us.
I generally grade any nice condition album to be VG+ so you get a nice surprise when they arrive
This auction is really for the “Strangers” Lp, the others are just a bonus.
“Strangers” T-2373 Mono, cover is in excellent condition. Graphics and color is superb, probably off center printed by maybe .001 cm, has about 2 chips in bottom seam, otherwise no splits or cracks, good integrity, heavy stock, minor aging on back, but still quite bright white, nothing serious, no writing or tears. Corners have minimal rounding. Disc is high gloss VG++/Ex-, with only minimal play and handling, beautiful disc, labels are shiny and new, no writing or tears, not a deep groove imprint label.
“It’s All In The Movies” is a VG red label Capitol
“Swinging Doors” is a blue label reissue, the cover is in VG+ condition heavy stock, price tag residue, chipping on spine and seams, no writing, tears, splits or cracks, has ringwear and aging, corners have some rounding. Disc is a high gloss VG+ but probably Ex- minor play and handling
“I’m A Lonesome Fugitive” Stereo ST 8-2702 is in VG condition (VG+ by Goldmine standards I suppose) cover is aged and browning/yellowing, but no splits or cracks or tears, no writing, spine and seams have some chipping, it feels a bit brittle. The three black stripes up in the corner are not marker, but part of the printed cover. Maybe it’s a record club edition? I don’t know. Corners have some rounding. Disc would be VG+, but there is a 5cm scratch/scuff on the first song, I can sort of feel it with my finger, but it goes with the groove and not across it, so can’t guarantee the play. Labels are nice, no writing, disc has high shine all around
“Mama Tried” ST-8-2972disc is a dusty Vg, with play and handling, not trashed though, but does have wear markings, labels are clean with no writing or tears. The three black marks up in the corner are part of the printing and not marker, not sure what it indicates, don’t care. Cover feels a bit brittle, and has begun to brown/yellow from age, some chips on seam/spine,  no splits or cracks, aging coming though on front cover, but back cover has a lot of aging, browning, staining. Some rounding on corners.
“My Farewell To Elvis” is VG (probably VG+ by Goldmine standard)
“The Best Of Merle Haggard” is VG (probably VG+ by Goldmine)
“Heart To Heart” is VG (probably VG+ by Goldmine standard)
