I try to ship all items within 3 business days, but I have three small children, one with special needs, and something is always coming up. The kids come first. I also work part-time. If my postage is less than what you paid, these costs help me pay expenses including: gas to get to stores, shipping supplies, computer and digital camera maintenance.

I am not set up to process returns, but if there is something wrong with your purchase: it's not as described or damaged in some way, I am happy to issue a refund, but first you must return the item to me and pay for postage.
