- 2008, Warner Bros. Records (511831-1), 45 RPM series(4x12" 45 RPM records)
- VG+ vinyl (overall, very strong - sounding mark on "Unforgiven", but only last for a few rotations and is not terribly significant)
- VG box (intact, but displays some fairly obvious wear - nothing severe, but it's there - see photos)
- Ships safe/secure with record removed from jacket
