Description

This is a super-rare test pressing of Metallica’s ‘The Memory Remains’ single, released in 1997. This French ‘Echantillon’ double-sided test pressing for the UK limited edition 7" vinyl single features ‘For Whom The Bell Tolls [Haven't Heard It Yet Mix]’, yellow labels bearing the handwritten date of manufacture and also the catalogue number MET 17 on Side A. Fewer than 20 copies of this item exist, as they were manufactured for the artists’approval before release.
