Description

This is an original 1969 vinyl debut album by The Meters.  This very rare 1st pressing of their self titled 1st LP (JOS-4010) is on the original tan Josie label with color stripes at the top.  The vinyl is in fantastic NEAR MINT condition with a tiny one forth inch abrasion on the side two label (not vinyl grooves) beside the spindle hole.  The cover is also very nice with only a few small issues (Excelent condition).  The spine is imaculate and there is the very slightest of wear on the top & bottom seams and corners with the worst (relative to the rest) being the bottom right.  This is an extremely nice copy of this record and it will be hard to find better, especially the vinyl.  This is the hot start of one of the best funky badass bands to ever play music.

I ship fast and TAKE GREAT CARE TO PACK GOOD AND SAFE in a new album mailer with filler pads for extra protection.

THANKS for the interest and good luck with bidding. I will NOT end my auction early.

((((( IMPORTANT - Read before bidding: )))))

The only way to get delivery confirmation OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. is to ship Express Mail International. Sorry this is so expensive, but I have been taken advantage of in the past and I have to protect myself.

OVERSEAS - Please calculate the shipping costs before bidding so there are no surprises.

I will combine shipping to help save you money.

I hate to say this, but if you don’t agree with the shipping, don’t bid.

I will NOT list as gift or sample or lie about value on any forms. All import duties and taxes are to be paid by you. These fees are not part of shipping costs and do not come from or go to me, but come from and go to your country.

If you need details or info on anything, PLEASE Let me know.
