I did a full album complete PLAY TEST on a high end Technics SL-1200MK7 turntable.  All turntables/needles (stylus) may sound/play differently but this should give you the most accurate idea of the audio quality.
Side 1  Track 1 - "Crackling"(surface noise) during the intro.  Once the music kicks in it is much softer and eventually goes away. Track 2 - Plays well. No significant surface noise. Track 3 - Plays well. No significant surface noise. Track 4 - Plays well. No significant surface noise. Track 5 - Plays well with some light surface noise during the outro at the end of the track. Overall, played much better than it looks and did not skip.  May not perform as well on a low quality turntable like a Crosby or something similar with a poor stylus (needle).
Side 2  Track 1 - Light "crackling" during the quiet intro but goes away when the music kicks in. Track 2 - Occasional very light "crackle" during the quiet parts. Track 3 - Very light "crackle" during the intro that goes away when the music starts. Track 4 - Plays well.  No significant audio issues. Track 5 - Very light "crackle" at the beginning that quickly goes away and then plays well.
Includes the original insert.  It is in excellent condition.
The jacket shows light signs of wear on the front.  There are some creases along the top seam but they are not that noticeable.  The same creases can be seen on the back of the jacket.  Check out the photos.  It is still a very solid jacket overall.
Vinyl side A has quite a bit of surface marking.  There are some scratches on the paper label.  Side B has significantly less surface marking/hairlines.  The side B label is in excellent condition.  The vinyl definitely plays better than it looks.  The white inner sleeve is in excellent shape and has no seam splits.
The vinyl will be shipped outside of the jacket in order to prevent damage during shipping.
