This is Norways first Jazz LP ever and one of Norways most hard to find records.


Released in 1963 by Norsk Gramofon Kompani and features a diverse line up of Norwegian Jazz musicians surrounding the club Metropol.


Features Karin Krog, Frode Thingnæs, Helge Hurum, Laila Dalseth, Bjørn Johansen, Rowland Greenberg, Jan Berger and many more. Showcasing Norways early cool jazz and bop scene.


Great sound recording and pressing. Linernotes and record supervision by Johs Berg.
