Description
This is a brand new, factory sealed record that was pressed at RTI. This is also a promotional (or promo) record which you can identify by the absence of a number. Even the lowest numbered commercially released records (titled the same) are pressed after these promo records are pressed.
These are both hard to come by and are run from the same stampers as the last batch of test pressings are pressed from at RTI. These are limited to approximately 500 copies worldwide. Only there's no way to tell where in the run these fall so there's also no way to know if the test pressing that came before is a cleaner copy. Although, for the most part, there's a very fine line between these and the actual test pressing.
All of these share the commercial release matrix number. IMHO, these unnumbered promo's are always a better made record than the numbered copies.
