Description
🔥 RARE 1987 FIRST PRESSING — COMPLETE UNEDITED AUDIO & GATEFOLD JACKET 🔥 Attention Michael Jackson collectors and audiophiles worldwide! This is a verified, genuine 1987 US First Pressing of the legendary BAD album. Unlike modern reissues (like the 2013 or 2016 versions), this rare original pressing features the authentic, unedited studio mixes overseen by Michael Jackson and Quincy Jones. 🎯 HOW TO VERIFY THIS HISTORIC COPY:
- The "Spoken Intro" Proof: Side 2, Track 3 ("I Just Can't Stop Loving You") features the legendary, rare whispered spoken-word introduction by Michael Jackson ("I just want to lay next to you for a while..."). This intro was permanently deleted from later pressings and reissues!
- Authentic Dead Wax Matrix Codes: Stamped directly into the inner vinyl ring: PBL-40600-1B GI. The "-1B" proves it was cut from the earliest master lacquer plates, and the "GI" indicates it was manufactured at the historic Columbia Records plant in Carrollton, Georgia, USA.
- 10-Song Gatefold Jacket: The beautiful gatefold cover opens like a book, features the original 10-song tracklist on the back cover, and completely excludes the later bonus track "Leave Me Alone."
- Vinyl Disc: [Insert your description here, e.g., Flawless, glossy mirror shine with only a couple of faint hairline paper scuffs under bright light. Plays beautifully with incredible 1987 dynamic range.]
- Gatefold Sleeve: [Insert your description here, e.g., Crisp edges, vibrant colors, strong spine, no major seam splits, minimal shelf wear.]
- Inner Sleeve: Includes original lyric/credit inner sleeve.
Securely packed in a professional, heavy-duty cardboard record mailer with the vinyl removed from the jacket to prevent seam splits during transit. Low starting bid, NO RESERVE — Let the bidding war begin! Good luck!
- Vinyl Disc (VG+): Displays a beautiful original glossy shine. It has a few superficial, faint hairline paper scuffs that are purely cosmetic and do not affect playback. Tested and plays beautifully with incredible, crisp 1987 dynamic range and minimal to no surface noise.
- Gatefold Sleeve (VG+): Solid, sturdy cardboard with vibrant colors and a completely legible spine. Structurally sound with no major seam splits. Shows only minor, expected shelf/ring wear from careful storage over the last few decades.
- Inner Sleeve: Includes the original printed lyric/credit inner sleeve in great shape.
