According to Discogs, the matrix etched in the readout of Side 1 indicates this album is a TRUE first pressing, first variant vinyl of Thriller, 1982. This vinyl is aesthetically top tier. the inner sleeve has no fading. there are no abnormal signs of aging and is pretty much in stunning shape for being almost 45 years old. there is a light mark across a section of Side 1. but other than that, this is definitely one for the collectors. One final distinguishing factor of a first pressing is Michael Jackson not listed as Co-Producer on the back of the album. Versions after this do.
