Description
Cover: VG 1960s 2 LP Box Set, originally from the Miami University library. Box is in great condition with only minor wear and rubbing along the edges along with sharpie covering the MU library stamp. Check out card glued on the inside of the box cover. 2 page insert that is sharpied over the MU stamp on all pages.
Record: VG 1960s (most likely 1961-2) mono repress without the FDS logo. Runout of Side 1 is a recut while Side 3 appears to be new metalwork from the scranton plant. Sides 2 & 4 appear to be the same metalwork as the original 1959 press. Records appear in great shape with only some minor discoloration, wear and handling from over the years. Side 1 has a minute hairline scratch that goes through the 5th and part of the 4th Caprices. Since this is an unaccompanied solo performance on violin background noise may be audible in between tracks and in soft, silent parts. Decent copy to have of this great performance.
