Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)
Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out. ___________________________________________________________________________________

Record: VG+/VG++ (good amount of swirls and superficial marks, I only saw a few light feelable marks one was more than the others to me, might play with some bg noise here and there but overall very clean with a great shine. I played most of side 1 and thought it was very nice for the parts I heard, nothing took away from the music to me but I didnt finish it or hear side 2)
Jacket: VG (Few marks, slight ringwear, most of top seam is split, 1.5" seam split on bottom seam and some splitting on the side seam too, pretty nice gloss on front, overall looks clean from a quick glance but there are the seam splitting issues as the main issue, small pencil mark on back (see photos)
NOTES: 1st US Stereo Press, RARE, Ultrasonic Cleaned
